VAT?
All items displayed on the website are excluding VAT. It will be added to the Checkout Cart. ( which you will be able to claim back)
Is there a Min-Max Order?
There is no minimum order, you will have to pay the shipping fee of the prevailing rates if the items are less than £250.
MOP (Mode of Payment)?
For first-time buyers, we will take bacs payment at least for a couple of deliveries,
For repeat customers we do a credit search on the company name…only then we can think of giving you a 30 days credit….( You buy the product now and pay after 30 days subject to insurance liability )
Can we pay half, then half upon delivery of the items?
You can pay 50% in advance to reserve stock, and before delivery is sent out you can pay the remaining 50%..
Can the Customer do Storage upon ordering the items?
We have over 35,000 sq ft of warehouse space and we can hold/reserve goods for customers provided that they are able to make payment for these goods, we will hold these goods for a maximum of 6 months on site.
How much is the Delivery Charge?
Every order above £250 (exc VAT) is free… orders below £250 (exc VAT is £10.99 shipping fee all over the UK and mainland/island.
Who will be our courier?
We have various courier companies we work with from DPD to FEDEX
We have a reserved fleet should any emergency next-day delivery is needed.
What is the Shipping Process?
We are open and operating on weekdays (MONDAY TO FRIDAY). Only in very rare cases, we can accept any weekend orders provided the orders are above £2000 in value.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY ….. MUST PLACE THE ORDER THE DAY BEFORE AT 12 PM AFTERNOON
NORTHERN IRELAND/ANY HIGHLANDS AND EUROPE ….. 5-10 WORKING DAYS
Where are they importing? Where do the goods come from?
The goods are manufactured and sourced from our factories in India and Bangladesh
Warehouse Located?
WE HAVE 2 SITES BASED IN BIRMINGHAM AND LONDON FOR LOCAL M25 BELT DELIVERIES.
What if I don't get my delivery/ courier driver drops it at the wrong location?
99.9% of our deliveries arrive at the right location as well as the right address provided that the customer has not made any errors in the format. If in any circumstance the delivery driver is at the wrong location/timing.. We will contact the 3rd party company to get a resolution as soon as possible
